Healthy Halloween Activities
"I had the idea for healthy Halloween activities of making monster salad faces. I'm thinking giving them lettuce to tear apart and then cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, etc. to make weird faces. I want to take pictures of what the kids create before they eat and then have them write about their monsters for a class book. Another student piped in, asking if we could use spaghetti for alien hair, so I think it might be a hit!" - 2nd grade teacher
